Awesome stay with friendly hosts!
Had a blast! The room was spotless and comfy, really nice vibe throughout. Great beer at the bar, and the food was top-notch. We brought our dog along, and they loved it too! Only wish the Wi-Fi was a bit stronger, but overall, a fab experience!

i recently stayed at the portsmouth and was pleasantly surprised. the room was clean and comfortable, making it a great retreat after work. the food was fantastic, both at dinner and breakfast, with large portions that really hit the spot. the couple running it were so lovely and added to the charm.

A Perfect Retreat for Hikers
What a gem! Enjoyed a cozy cottage stay with our pup. the kids loved the teddy bear on the extra bed. The full English breakfast was a delight, perfect fuel for our Tarka Trail hike. Don’t miss the amazing steak dinner at the on-site restaurant!
